- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in product design or UX.
- 5 years of experience leading design projects and managing people or teams.
- 3 years of experience working with executive leaders.
- Experience leading and managing cross disciplinary UX teams.
- Experience building and launching consumer products.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 7 years of experience working in a complex, cross-functional organization.
- Experience incubating products 0 to 1, starting from business and user insights to find new opportunities, test and iterate ideas, prototype, build and launch successful products.
- Experience with AI-powered products and services.
