is seeking a Senior Accountant tojoin the Corporate Accounting team in the NYC headquarters. The Senior Accountant responsibilities will include all aspects of the general ledger and month-end close. This is a deadline-driven environment as strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and communication skills are required.


Responsibilities

  • Preparation of all intercompany invoices
  • Recording of monthly journal entries
  • Daily monitoring of the AP clearing accounts
  • Preparation of analysis schedules
  • Preparation of bank reconciliations
  • Assist with the monthly accounting close
  • Assist with special projects that may arise

Qualifications

  • A Bachelors Degree in Accounting is required
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of accounting experience
  • Must have strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Must have analytical and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required
  • All candidates must be authorized to work in the USA

annual base salary for this position is $90,000.00 to $98,000.00. This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible forThe actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
