Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
  • OR equivalent experience.

Abilityto meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirementsrequired for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:

• requiredto pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years of experience in product/service/project/program management

• Design and deliver innovative, world-class community-led learning experiences for a global audience, in partnership with key stakeholders
• Evolve our existing Q&A infrastructure to scale for future Gen-AI scenarios
• Collaborateto shape future investments in community-led experiences on Microsoft Learn, in alignment with strategic initiatives
• Work cross-functionally withinternal roles includingengineering,product management, program management, design,and research, as well as external customers
• Define, drive,and track success criteria and performance metrics,and incorporate them into planning and execution
• You'll start to own a portion of the roadmap for a feature group, and will organize scenario walkthroughs to identify problems
