Key job responsibilities
- Extract complete and accurate data from large data sets
- Define analytical approaches to complex or ambiguous business requirements and derive business insights from multiple data sourcesTokyo, 13, JPN

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
• Hands-on experience creating complex, highly optimized SQL queries from large data sets (+3 years)
• 3+ years of experience analyzing data in business or finance
• Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to derive business insights
• Superior communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment
• Experience working in project management
• Business English skill in speaking, writing and reading (Need to attend the meeting, lead discussions, and write documents)
• Conversational level Japanese language skills for communication with internal team.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or equivalent
• Python implementation experience
• Experience in Data Engineering, Business Intelligence
• Dashboard design/operation experience in BI tools (Quicksight, Power BI, Tableau, etc.), RDB design/operation experience, CRM/SFA knowledge
• Financial knowledge of understanding business from P/L, B/S point of view
• Experience in project lead involving global teams
• MBA
