Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience in compliance, risk management, investigation, auditing, legal, or consulting.
Experience working for or with tech companies.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience navigating the regulatory landscape across risk domains, and implementing and managing multi-jurisdictional controls within a technology or global enterprise environment.
Experience in audit functions.
Expertise in compliance, risk management, and assurance frameworks and practices.
Proven track record of successful collaboration and influence across cross-functional partner teams.
Excellent investigative skills to arrange complex, disparate information, extract critical insights, and formulate well-reasoned, actionable recommendations.
