The position
This key position includes leading the thermal and reliability of the product, throughout all lifecycle stages from initial concept to mass production, close interaction with hardware, layout, mechanical, quality, reliability, production and working closely with OEMs and CMs
What will your job look like?
- Lead the thermal design process, from initial concept through design, validation, qualification, and mass production.
- Perform analytical and numerical analyses of thermal, reliability, and structural challenges.
- Plan and execute thermal, structural, and reliability (static and dynamic) simulations and experiments, including documentation, technical reporting, and results analysis.
- Interface directly with OEMs and CMs, presenting detailed analyses and delivering tailored engineering solutions.
- Collaborate closely with development, design, and production teams to ensure seamless integration of thermal solutions.
All you need is:
- . in Mechanical Engineering
- 7+ years of experience in thermal and thermodynamics simulations, with proficiency in tools such as ANSYS, Solidworks Simulations, FloTHERM etc.
- Extensive hands-on experience with 3D CAD software (SolidWorks preferred).
- Deep expertise in air-cooled, passive, and liquid cooling solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize designs for performance and manufacturability.
- Self-motivated with a fast learning curve, capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
- High awareness for quality, manufacturability, regulations, and compliance automotive regulations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
