Key Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities & Competencies

Skills and Qualifications
- Subject Matter Expertise in at least one or more OEM and Extensive hands-on experience with Nokia (mcBSC, mcRNC), Ericsson (RNC Evo, BSC Evo, 4G BTS, 5G BTS), and Samsung (4G BTS) products.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to lead complex problem resolution efforts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively with the Field Force and internal teams.
- Proficient in bridge handling and multi-team coordination during critical troubleshooting scenarios.
- In-depth understanding of Configuration Management (CM) processes and industry-standard checklists.
- Willingness to work in a 24/7 support environment with flexible work hours.
- Expertise in alarm monitoring, KPI analysis, and fault management, with 7+ years of relevant experience.
- Familiarity with network monitoring tools and established escalation protocols.
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications
- Industry certifications in Nokia, Ericsson, or Samsung RAN products are highly desirable.
- Prior experience as an SME in a NOC or Field Operations support role.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers.
