Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Conduct comprehensive competitive analysis to identify market trends, competitor strategies, and potential threats, with a primary focus on the commercial segment (Government, Enterprise, SMB, and Education)
- Identify growth opportunities and potential competitive threats, providing actionable recommendations to influence PS long-term strategy planning and decision-making
- Leverage AI and machine learning techniques to enhance competitive intelligence processes and outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, customer insight, and business planning, to integrate competitive insights into product development, marketing, and strategic business planning
- Act as an advanced subject expert, providing guidance and mentorship to team members
- Create detailed reports, visualizations, and presentations to convey competitive insights to the senior management team
Education & Experience Recommended
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience of proven track record in competitive analysis or a related field within the PC or technology industry

- Advanced subject matter expert on competitive intelligence with experience in the commercial sector, preferably in the PC industry
- Deep understanding of the technology industry, market dynamics, technological advancements, relationships with strategic partners, and ecosystem
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into strategic insights
- Experience in utilizing AI and machine learning for competitive analysis and strategic planning preferred
- Familiarity with competitive intelligence data sources (IDC, NPD, and other relevant sources) and tools such as Power BI
- Ability to engage with and influence executives, providing strategic insights and recommendations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English
