Responsibilities:
Manage implementation of large, complex business initiatives utilizing project management discipline, which includes but isn’t limited to:
- Strategize and develop solutions
- Present business cases and obtain approval for projects
- Organize project teams and facilitate project meetings
- Develop, monitor and implement project plans to meet implementation timelines
- Status update to Senior Management
- Liaise with various functional groups across the firm – Legal, Compliance, Finance, Training, Communications, Technology, Quality and Controls
Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of related project management/strategic support partnering with sales
- Strong verbal, written and listening skills
- Ability to work in teams and to interface with managers and staff
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Self-motivated and creative problem-solver
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and keep all parties apprised of developments
- Strong PC skills, including Excel, Word, Project and Power
