DESCRIPTION:

Duties: Own the requirements gathering, development, testing, and maintenance of process automation solutions primarily using tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, and SQL. Own projects by tracking and monitoring progress, risks, and issues. Report on status and recommend corrective actions to ensure successful project completion. Create executive-level readouts and status updates to be provided to clients and senior management. Partner with peers on the team to provide planning and implementation support. Function as a product owner/product manager by working closely with stakeholders to capture and translate business requirements into functional requirements and draft user stories to build out core data product features for a finance planning and analysis data platform. Leverage various technologies and data analytics skills to analyze and test correctness of data assets as onboarded using SQL, Alteryx, and Tableau. Execute within a fast-paced environment and leverage the Agile framework; actively driving various scrum ceremonies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education and experience required: Master’s degree in Information Management, Management Information Systems, Data Analytics or related field of study plus 1 year of experience in the job offered or as Analytics Solutions, Data Analyst, Software Engineer, or a related occupation.

Skills Required: Requires experience in the following: Agile SDLC processes including scrum ceremonies, sprint planning and technical design documentation; Jira (JQL); Database and data analysis tools including SQL, Oracle, and Essbase; Data wrangling tools and ETL processes including Python, Spark, and REST APIs; Creating data visualization using tools like Tableau and Qlikview; data modeling; product management; Data science for predictive model building with Python; Cloud based big-data platforms including Amazon Web Services and DataBricks; working in Finance Planning and Analysis domain; data governance concepts.

Full-Time. Salary: $125,000 - $165,000 per year.
