Collaborate with customer HR to identify business needs and requirements.
Work with the team to do the migration plan and provide the data related to business needs.
Map business needs and system capabilities. Provide system solutions, work around to meet business needs.
Conduct system configuration, demos, user acceptance testing, system integration testing, and key user training.
Mantaining and support to client includes technical advice, creating reports, data analysis and correction.
Prepare project deliverable such as : system solution design, and user guide.
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Psychology, Information Systems, or a related field (GPA ≥ 3.20).
At least have 5 years of work experience in implementing and managing HRIS systems. Coverage modules: - Core (Organization Development, Personnel Management, Employee Life Cycle Workflow) - Time management - Performance management - Recuitment
Possesses good English language proficiency.
Proficiency in Mandarin language is a must.
Ability to work effectively in a team.
Having excellent interpersonal and teamwork skill.
