Key Responsibilities:
Be the market leader and sales manager of Fire business byidentifying and generating opportunities for assigned accounts in the market,while offering unique customer experience and satisfaction bymaintaining regular contact, grow networking and managing customerexpectations. You will develop partner relationships for various brands andverticals. You will provide education of Honeywell product through technicalpresentations, seminars and workshops. You will maintain and provide reportsand opportunity status using our customer relationship management system.You will provide competitive intelligence and market trends. You will provideforecast/demand input to Sales Inventory Operations Planning (SIOP).
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Grow business with accounts, distributors and integrators.
- Leadership in assigning high performing accounts and terminating non-performing ones.
- Knowledge of fire systems, including ESSER, Morley, Notifier, etc.…
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales of Low voltage Building Solution, especially Fire, PAVA, fire suppression.
- Experience in building and maintaining relations with partners, as well as executive levels with key customers and End users in the region.
- Commercial excellence and sales management through CRM (i.e.: Salesforce) with focus on metrics and KPIs
- Committing to annual operating plan, with forecast of order booking, revenues and cash collection.
- Experience with planning, developing and executing sales strategies, campaigns or programs in specific markets or for specific products.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills, in English, French and local language
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of successfully delivered projects.
- A well-developed sense of growing business with direct partners, and assigned accounts.
- Strong experience in assigning high performing account in the market
- Expertise in industry and market trends, as well as import regulation and requirements
- Good knowledge of our customers and stakeholders in the market, including consultant, influencers, end-users and civil defense
- Account Management, ability to use market and marketing data to build successful accounts plans
- Good knowledge of commercial terms, contract terms, payment terms, KPIs, etc.
- Exceptional knowledge of internal sales process and systems required to provide high quality customer experience.
- Knowledge about Franco African markets is a privilege.
- A valid Moroccan driver’s license is mandatory.
- A valid passport without any restrictions totravel to Franco African region.
