You'll join a dedicated team of managers and engineers who are deeply committed to their craft. Your role will involve driving the adoption of our solutions and products, collaborating closely with partner engineering teams, as well as sales and marketing departments. You'll need to navigate a complex and matrixed environment with finesse, managing a diverse array of stakeholders. Additionally, you'll lead the team in developing deployment strategies, prioritizing deliverables, and nurturing the technical skills essential for maintaining and enhancing our competitive edge. Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering or relevant field with 10+ years of experience or Master's degree with 5+ years of experience in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering.

And 5+ years of experience in the following:

• A proven track record in effectively managing teams of 10-20 employees.

• Experience in devising and presenting development and deployment strategies.

• Demonstrated success in supporting and cultivating the technical growth of engineers.

• Proficiency in stakeholder management.
