Develop and implement comprehensive quality management system to ensure product specifications and industry standards are met
Investigate and resolve quality-related issues and defects, and report on quality performance to company stakeholders. Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address quality issues promptly
Prepare and present quality performance reports to project stakeholders, highlighting key metrics, issues, and progress towards quality objectives
Oversee documentation of quality control activities, including inspection reports and corrective action plans
Provide training and support to project and operations teams on quality standards and best practices
What You’ll Bring
Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Materials or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience
Minimum of 7 years of experience in quality assurance and quality control, with a strong focus on large-scale construction projects
Experience with electro-mechanical, vehicle or aerospace assemblies, battery pack or module manufacturing preferred
Six Sigma or ASQ certification are preferred
Specific training and demonstrated success in applying design for quality, problem-solving methodologies, FMEA, process capability analysis, hypothesis testing, DoE and SPC
Strong understanding of industry standards and regulatory requirements relevant to industrial electrical projects
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex information and make data-driven decisions
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate quality principles and standard
