• Manage and coach a team of impactful analysts
• Set Analytics strategy, design and manage analytics roadmaps for Feedback and Content Moderation domains
• Define, design and track metrics to measure product performance and lead product health monitoring
• Design and implement A/B tests, causal inference, predictive analytics to identify and quantify opportunities and drive product strategy and roadmaps
• Develop dashboards and other self-service data visualization tools
• Partner with cross functional teams (Engineering, Product, Risk, Trust, Policy etc.) to identify, prioritize and solve trust-related business challenges & develop best in class analytics solutions

:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics or other quantitative fields and 8+ years of professional experience in using data to facilitate business decisions. Master’s degree is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
• Ability to summarize complex analytical results and implications to senior leadership and collaborators in a clear and actionable manner
• Proven track record of enhancing data science to drive significant business impact, preferably within a product organization
• Experience in efficient manipulation and analysis of large data sets
• Advanced understanding of big data technologies and tools (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, SQL, Tableau) and experimentation concepts

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment in California, Washington, or New York is expected in the range below.

$149,200 - $234,850
