In this position, you will:

• Define the strategy of Cognyte product lines and Infrastructure solutions by analyzing both customer needs and industry standards.
• Work closely with R&D and Product teams to define applicative requirements and match relevant Infrastructure solutions.
• Design horizontal and complex Infrastructure solutions for Cognyte products and customers, while leading projects and working closely with the customer’s technical departments.
• Escort strategic accounts and opportunities as a Product Infrastructure expert during a product lifecycle: presale, sale, architecture, project delivery, and service.
• Manage cross-organization interfaces in a daily stressful routine.

For that mission you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, computer engineering, or equivalent field experience.
• Proven experience in System Engineering. Deep understanding of both the application and the infrastructure layer.
• Proven technical and hands-on experience – Mandatory.
• Vast understanding and experience in designing infrastructure solutions. Deep and horizontal knowledge regarding the solution’s architecture and sizing.
• Relevant technological domains: Virtual environments, Central storage, Physical Servers, Operating Systems, Backup Solutions, DR Solutions, Active Directory Domains, Linux, Citrix, and more.
• Technical skills and knowledge in Cloud-Native Solutions, such as Infrastructure as code, cloud computing, and K8S – An advantage.
• Proven leadership capabilities. Advantage to ex-military officer.
