Key responsibilities:
Meet with Business and IT Stakeholders understanding M& A Requirements, the company requirements and our current business requirements
Understanding Due Diligence and its requirements during the M&A Process
Mapping Requirements and collaborating with technical architects and IT Leaders for Estimation
Analyze IT systems, processes, and data to identify opportunities for synergies and cross collaboration
Map and deliver on overall system integration plan and strategy within the Marketing domain for alignment with a successful M&A delivery strategy.
Key Experience & Capabilities:
Bachelor’s degree in Information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in IT analysis, project leadership, or related roles.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
