Key responsibilities:
- Meet with Business and IT Stakeholders understanding M& A Requirements, the company requirements and our current business requirements
- Understanding Due Diligence and its requirements during the M&A Process
- Mapping Requirements and collaborating with technical architects and IT Leaders for Estimation
- Analyze IT systems, processes, and data to identify opportunities for synergies and cross collaboration
- Map and deliver on overall system integration plan and strategy within the Marketing domain for alignment with a successful M&A delivery strategy.
Key Experience & Capabilities:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IT analysis, project leadership, or related roles.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
