- Identify data sources and correlate key business metrics for internal and customer facing brand success framework and measurement needs.
- Own the design, development, automation and maintenance of core metrics, reports, analyses, and dashboards that help stakeholders reach data driven conclusions and influences product roadmaps.
- Lead the development of inputs and new channel expansion for the BX attribution model that identifies high value seller actions driven across multiple channels.
- Ensure timely and accurate brand success program weekly reporting.
- Update existing and create new metrics and reporting that help drive business conclusions, continually improving reporting and analysis processes.
- Use active listening skills intuitively to communicate data (both written and verbal) in a clear, concise, and unambiguous manner to stakeholders.
