As a member of the ABAP Release Engineering Services team, you’re responsible for the assembly of ABAP components of both, On Premise & Cloud. The assembly itself starts with the handover from development and ends with successfully built and tested deployable software packages. However, you will be involved in the whole development lifecycle – from planning until Release to Customer, in maintenance phase until the End of Maintenance. In addition, you’ll be involved into process improvement projects to cover new requirements as well as team internal ideas for optimization. Work is done closely together with development, quality management, release management, and central infrastructure teams, gaining a strong network within the organization. What you bring

• Degree in computer science, engineering, natural science, or related subject
• Methodical and independent working mode
• Service attitude with a strong customer orientation
• High sense of responsibility and reliability
• Very good communication skills in German and English
• 5+ years experience in ABAP software logistics including transportation management system (TMS)
• Basic knowledge in one of the areas LINUX, or relational database management systems including SQL would be a plus
