Vision and Strategy: Define the product vision and strategy for Trace, aligning it with the overall business goals and objectives by working with Offering Management Team.
Backlog Management: Create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog, ensuring that it is well-defined and reflects the needs of the stakeholders.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, marketing, and sales teams, to gather requirements and ensure that the product meets their needs.
Agile Practices: Lead the Agile development process, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews, to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of features.
User Stories and Acceptance Criteria: Write clear and concise user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring that the development team understands the requirements and can deliver the desired functionality.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for Trace, ensuring that the product remains competitive and relevant.
Product Roadmap: Develop and maintain the product roadmap, communicating it to the development team and stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance metrics to measure the success of Trace and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation and Control Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
Experience: Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a technology-driven environment. Experience with Agile methodologies is essential. Experience as a user of Control System for Industrial Process control will be an added advantage. Experience in Industrial Process – Refineries, Petro-Chemical, Power etc with at least 5 years experience.
Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, and a deep understanding of product management principles.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with software development processes and tools, such as JIRA, Confluence, and other Agile tools.
Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
