Your role:

• Candidate should be well versed with all the import shipping documents.
• Candidate must have complete knowledge of import process in India.
• Coordination with foreign suppliers for shipment arrangement.
• Coordination with freight forwarder, shipping line, CHA and transporter.
• Green light process adherence
• Keeping track of shipping documents and further communication to respective service providers
• Creation of Ewaybill
• Tracking of shortage and damages and insurance claim
• Maintaining files for shipment wise import documents
• Adherence of shipment allocation as per lane awarded through global negotiation.
• Supporting role in operational process, reporting and meeting deadlines.
• Risk identification of compliance breach on Customs
• Effective documentation, presentation skills
• Be a self-starter, action oriented, organized and disciplined.

- A minimum of 6-7 years of experience2. Skills-

• Ability to work independently with end-to-end import operation in a complaint way.
• Ability to work with team.
• Proactive communication is must.

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Diploma in Engineering with PG Diploma / Degree in International operations
