職務内容は、以下の通りです。

• 最小限のサポートで顧客のエンゲージメントを管理します。
• 主な責任範囲内でのベストプラクティス、コンテンツ、ヒントやコツを共有する責任があります。
• 責任範囲に必要なサービスの認定資格を最新の状態に保ちます。
• ディスカバリー、技術的な適合性の確認、顧客向けプレゼンテーション、標準デモ、および関連する顧客向けコミュニケーションを含む、顧客デモの提供に向けた全ての活動を一部のサポートを受けながら実施します。
• RFPの回答やPOCの支援をします。
• CSMチームと連携して、技術的アドバイザリーやワークショップなどの育成活動を行います。
• 製品のギャップに関する顧客のフィードバックを提供します。
• マーケティングイベントでのデモを独立してサポートする能力を有します。

• トップ3のクラウドエコシステムとトップ2のデータ関連技術に関する知識
• クラウドコンピューティングのセキュリティ面に関する知識。少なくとも1つのクラウドエコシステムと1つのデータ関連クラウド技術に関する基本的な認定資格
• 少なくとも1つのINFA関連ソフトウェアプラットフォーム/技術に関するスキル
• ユースケースに基づいたストーリーテリングおよびプレゼンテーションスキル
• インフルエンサー、コーチ、意思決定者、およびパートナーとの関係を構築する能力
• ソフトウェアソリューションのハイブリッド展開、データウェアハウジング、データベース、またはビジネスインテリジェンスソフトウェアの概念と製品に関する技術的知識
• 優れた文章および口頭でのコミュニケーションスキル

教育および経験

• データ統合、マスターデータ管理、またはデータガバナンスにおける2年以上の関連経験
• プリセールス/テクニカルセールス、業界、またはコンサルティングの経験1年以上
• 学士号または同等の学歴が望ましい

Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do

• Manage customer engagements with minimal support
• Responsible for sharing best practices, content, and tips and tricks within the primary area of responsibility
• Stay current on certification of services required for area of responsibility
• Perform all activities leading up to the delivery of a customer demo with some assistance including discovery, technical qualification/fit, customer presentations, standard demos, and related customer facing communication
• Assist on RFP responses and/or POC's
• Partner with the CSM team on nurture activities including technical advisory, workshops, etc.
• Provide customer feedback on product gaps
• Ability to support demos at marketing events independently

What We'd Like to See

• Knowledge of top 3 cloud ecosystems and top 2 data related technologies
• Knowledge of cloud computing security aspects Basic certification on at least 1 cloud ecosystem and 1 data related cloud technology
• Skills on at least one INFA related software platform / technology,
• Storytelling and presentation skills specific to use cases
• Ability to engage and create relationships with influencers, coaches, and decision makers, and partners
• Technical knowledge of hybrid deployment of software solutions, Data Warehousing, Database, and/or Business Intelligence software concepts and products.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Education and Experience

• 2+ years of relevant experience in data integration, master data management, or data governance
• 1+ year of presales/technical sales, industry, or consulting experience
• BA/BS or equivalent educational background is preferred
