Key responsibilities:

1. Manage the IP protection process in alignment with tech/product strategy for the aligned portfolio, including IDF reviews, patentability, PRC participation, patent application drafting and prosecution.

2. Assist IP Counsels in providing IPSG clearances for NPI's, including risk analysis and mitigation strategies.

3. Execute strategic projects that have direct impact on product risk mitigation, revenue generation and technology adoption.

5. Assist leadership in organizational development activities such as learning & development, training, hiring, and providing feedback.

Must Have

1. Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical or Computer Engineering

2. 8+ years of hands-on experience in intellectual property function
