In this role of a Data Strategy and Governance Senior manager you’ll develop a wealth of experience in managing complex big data architectures and migrations. The position requires a solid understanding of analytics and familiarity with cutting-edge technologies in the field. With excellent client-centric approach, exceptional problem-solving skills, and proven leadership in navigating significant delivery challenges, you will play a pivotal role in steering our data governance and strategic efforts for AI & Data.

Core Responsibilities

• Crafting and executing a comprehensive data strategy that aligns with our objectives, including the management of data assets, data lifecycle, and integration of new data technologies.
• Collaborating with various stakeholders across the organization to promote data governance policies and practices and ensuring that data-related business requirements are clearly understood and met.
• Creating and implementing data policies, standards, and procedures that guide the collection, handling, and usage of data.
• Leading and developing a team of data professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure that the data governance and strategy initiatives are effectively carried out.

• Big data platform architect and developer experience
• Experience working on data engineering and migration programs and experience working with data, data environments, databases and datasets, ideally in a Consulting environment.
• Experience in developing strategy and solutions focused on Big Data and Advanced Analytics across diverse domains.
• Leads by example and models behaviours that supports a culture of safety, health, and wellness.
• Excellent communication skills and demonstrated resilience and adaptability.
• A strong problem solver
