• Deep understanding of Product architecture and design, including Agile/SAFE development methedologies
• Experience in Front end development and backend Development.
• Demonstrated desire to continually improve on product, develop features and improve the overall user experience.

Development Responsibilities

• Independently contribute and lead development projects.
• Focus on product quality and user experience
• Assist and support the team members – on Design, development and debugging.
• Follow Agile / SAFE development process and education team members
• Establish new relationships with customers and users
• Conduct analysis and synthesis of research activities; tailor playbacks for different audiences.
• Actively develop and maintain personas and archetypes.
• Help designers shape scenarios and user flows through insights of generative research
• Support design team in translation of business requirements into research goals,

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Required Technical and Professional Expertise with relevant experience of 12 to 16 years:

• 10+ years professional experience in Java Full Stack product development, Customer support and Innovation.
• Bachelor’s degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent certification

In-depth knowledge and experience within a relevant development discipline (Full Stack Java Development)

• Expertise in design, architecture and development
• Experience in handling customer issues, debugging problems and providing solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (i.e. storytelling and documentation)
• Experience using agile principles towards the delivery of product
• Develop mid-level literacy in Artifical Intelligence (AI)
• Proficiency with all design and development tools including JIRA, GitHub, etc.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Candidates having Systems exposure and especially with IBM Z/Mainframe Systems are preferred
