Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Provide technical expertise during the sales process, including product demonstrations, presentations, and proposals.
- Conduct in-depth technical analysis of customer requirements and develop customized solutions.
- Work closely with the engineering and product development teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Deliver training and support to customers on Honeywell products and systems.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements to provide cutting-edge solutions to clients.
- Prepare and deliver technical documentation, including specifications, reports, and presentations.
Key Experience & Capabilities:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in a relevant field is preferred.
- Experience working in a multinational corporation.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
- Certification in relevant technical fields (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma).
Technical Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a technical sales engineering role, preferably in the application/systems engineering sector.
- Strong understanding of application and systems engineering principles.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools, including CAD, CRM systems, and project management software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical requirements.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience in developing and delivering technical training programs.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Knowledge of Honeywell products and solutions is a plus.
