Description
Your responsibilities will include:- Managing a small team of designers while fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.- Lead and help execute creative direction across a wide variety of media—presentation, video, web, events, and more—with a high attention to detail.- Owning the end-to-end creative process, establishing briefing structure and documentation of processes from concept to completion, and be accountable for the quality of all outgoing work.- Owning key stakeholder relationships to influence all levels within the organization on design vision and gain support.- Establish cross functional relationships to keep track of upcoming milestones to balance the workload throughout the year.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7-10 years of experience leading design projects and managing people or teams.
  • Demonstration of strategy development that is thoughtful, clear, inspiring, and which ranges from single execution to both short and long form storytelling.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 7 years of experience working in a complex, cross-functional organization.
  • Experience innovating and creating new design proposals based on user and business needs.
  • Foster a culture of design excellence by inspiring and empowering the team to experiment and push boundaries.
  • Experience in presentation design, branding, photography, video, and user experience.
  • Understanding of machine learning concepts and technologies.
  • The ability to approach problem solving with tenacity and flexibility. See both the bigger picture and stay hyper-focused on getting the details right.
Pay & Benefits
  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $185,800 and $279,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
