What you'll do:
Lead the implementation of various SaaS solutions, ensuring they align with our business needs and security standards.
Manage vendor relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for technical issues and escalations.
Troubleshoot and resolve SaaS deployment issues, working closely with internal teams and vendors to identify root causes and implement solutions.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation related to SaaS implementations, including configurations, integrations, and troubleshooting guides.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., security, architecture, engineering) to ensure successful integration of SaaS solutions into existing infrastructure.
Stay abreast of emerging SaaS technologies and trends, proactively identifying opportunities to improve our technology stack and security posture.
About You:
You possess a deep understanding of SaaS deployment models, including multi-tenant architectures, cloud security, and integration best practices.
You have hands-on experience with software as a service (SaaS) tools (preferably governance and risk tools) and a strong understanding of information security principles.
You are a skilled communicator, able to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences, including leadership. This includes strong written communication skills, as demonstrated through technical writing and documentation.
You are capable of driving complex technical initiatives to full delivery, leveraging your knowledge of cybersecurity practices, software engineering principles, agile frameworks, and customer engagement.
You are a proactive problem-solver, with a proven ability to quickly diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
You thrive in a collaborative environment, building strong relationships with vendors and internal teams.
You are passionate about technology and eager to contribute to a dynamic and innovative team.
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
At least 3 years of experience in cybersecurity or information technology
At least 2 years of experience with Endpoint Security
At least 2 years of experience in public cloud security and multi-cloud environments
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree
4+ years of experience in Information Technology
4+ years of experience in Cybersecurity
4+ years of experience in IT Delivery projects
4+ years of experience in an Agile environment
One of the following professional certifications: CISSP, GIAC, CISM, CCSP, CISA, CRISC, SAFe Product Management
