Be a key member of the SC Strategy & Transformation leadership team, reporting directly to the Sr Director, and working closely with your peers in Market & Functional teams
Work closely and collaborate with the executive leadership team on key projects and transformations
Effectively deploy transformation and project managers to deliver on our transformation programs, in alignment with long-term direction
Drive and land high-profile projects, transformation, and work streams deliverables (e.g., planning, milestones execution, monitoring, financials) in alignment with strategic direction. This could include projects like supply chain big bets (process & system), organizational transformation, supply chain sustainability etc.
Perform in-depth reviews to support business decision-making, oversee transformation results, and translate outcomes into insights to steer the changes successfully
Make data-driven recommendations, leveraging insights of our Supply Chain Business Intelligence tea
Manage effective and timely communication on project progress and results to sponsors and senior management (e.g., Steering Committees), influence decision makin
Lead end-to-end change and communication efforts, leveraging different communication channels and continuing to build our SCM community
Effectively deploy a transformation/change management toolkit across work streams to ensure high quality and consistency of deliverables
Role model adoption of transformation standards and contribute to the establishment of best-in-class standards; continue elevating our transformation standards and practices across the organization
Build, lead, and coach your team, fostering a collaborative, safe environment, where team members grow & continuously learn
Represent Supply Chain Strategy & Transformation team within/beyond function / market area

REQUISITE EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 8-10 years of relevant work experience in a Multinational Corporation (MNC) environment (e.g., transformation, strategy, business development, consulting, apparel/fashion, or supply chain management background)
Within which 2-3 years of relevant transformation experience and project leadership in a global setting
Strong understanding of operations and opportunities
College or university degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
