- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience in marketing analytics, strategy consulting, financial modeling, or statistical analysis.
- 7 years of experience in a sales leadership and people management role, including coaching, mentoring, and team development.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., experimentation frameworks, attribution models, measuring incrementally, statistical approaches, SQL, R, Python etc.).
- Experience in Home, Personal Care and Tech sectors.
- Experience with cross-functional understanding of media businesses and management operations within the digital media ecosystem, along with proven success in business development, client relationship management, and solution-based selling.
- Ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally with all levels of management internally and externally.
- Excellent communication skills, with a proven track record of building strong relationships with executive stakeholders.
