This position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at manager’s discretion.Key responsibilities may include:
• Support complex workforce planning models, estimating total required headcount and expected expenses (contractor and non-contractor).
• Provide oversight and challenge to peer models, ensuring soundness of key assumptions and quality of model outputs.
• Conduct regular quality assurance checks, validating the accuracy and quality of data warehouses and peer financial models/reports.
• Review internal working documents and deliverables, validating accuracy and quality of contents in preparation for distribution to senior leadership.
• Facilitate aggregation and documentation or new project requests or project enhancement request from internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with software engineering partners, converting end-sure project requests into functional and non-functional requirements documentation.Job Description

• Leads the analytics processes across multiple functions or business units leveraging an array of complex analytical tools to create data driven solutions. Serves as mentor to more junior employees.
• Consults with clients and mentors consultants on tool and strategy implementation and monitoring, statistical scoring, business intelligence, data quality, and analytical product / solution development.
• Determining the optimal analytic approach and supporting development, implementation and enhancements.
• Conceptualizing, developing and continuously optimizing analytical solution for operations and executive management to enable data driven decision making.
• Analyze results and make recommendations for key business partners and senior management or communicate conclusions from complex analytical solutions to a wide range of audiences.
