Joining our team you will:

  • Engage with customers by the means of calls and emails to ensure that SAP’s payment terms are observed
  • Document and manage customer interactions within our system to ensure accurate records
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and managers in a multicultural setting, leveraging your advanced communication skills
  • Gain valuable insights into invoicing and complaint management across diverse business areas

What you’ll do:

Expected start date: May 01, 2025

In this role, you’ll:

  • Assist in closing long overdue invoices
  • Oversee and manage overdue receivables and communicate with customers to ensure timely invoice payments
  • Help manage and organize the shared mailbox
  • Handle administrative tasks efficiently
  • Work on selected projects


Who you are:

You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

  • Language Skills: Proficiency in German and English is required
  • Soft Skills: Very good communication and organizational skills, team spirit, flexibility, independence, and high motivation
  • Information Management: Ability to navigate and manage a wealth of information dynamically
