- Experience in improving the whole lifecycle of global services from inception through deployment, operations, and refinement
- SRE Principles - Skills and experience in monitoring, alerting, error budgets, fault analysis, and automation
- Broad leadership and partnership skills
- Experience in managing and scaling distributed systems in a public, private, or hybrid cloud environment
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Experience in a wide variety of technical areas including Linux, Networking, Systems Management, Software Development, and Systems Security
- A strong collaborator who is generous with their knowledge
- Linux / Kubernetes experience
