Ideally, you'll also have:

  • Product management experience in one or more of ecommerce, retail, supply chain, logistics

  • A track record of defining product vision and roadmaps aligned with organizational strategy

  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence decisions

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Product Leadership: Define and execute the overall product strategy for two or three complex product areas, ensuring alignment with the company's broader goals. Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful product delivery and achieve measurable business outcomes.
  • Innovation & Partnerships: Proactively identify and champion new product opportunities and strategic partnerships that expand the platform's capabilities and drive market differentiation.
  • Executive Collaboration: Partner with executive leadership to set strategic priorities, allocate resources, and communicate product vision and progress. Represent the product organization in key internal and external forums.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics and insights to guide strategic product decisions, prioritize initiatives, and measure performance. Foster a data-driven culture within the team.
  • Team Leadership & Development (When Applicable): While this role can be an individual contributor, you may also have the opportunity to lead and inspire a team of product managers, cultivating a culture of innovation and growth. Whether mentoring others or rolling up your sleeves, you'll be a driving force behind our product success.


Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in product management, with a demonstrated track record of success in leading product teams and delivering impactful results.
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a team of product managers.
  • Deep understanding of the retail industry and its competitive landscape, with the ability to anticipate and respond to market changes.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and execution capabilities, with a focus on driving innovation and achieving business goals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to inform decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and influence skills, fostering collaboration and driving alignment across teams and stakeholders.
