Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience in product management or a related technical role, with a focus on user engagement and growth.
- 1 year of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
- Experience delivering elements of the product development life cycle such as product goal, go-to-market strategy, delivering requirements, and product launch.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in product management with a proven track record of successfully launching and scaling consumer-facing products.
- Experience with user research methodologies and data analysis.
- Understanding of gamification principles and best practices.
- Ability to work and deliver with cross-functional teams (Design, Engineering, Release, Adoption).
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
