What you'll do... In this role, you will be a key leader on the business team, ideating, innovating, and delivering on post transaction capabilities that drive customer acquisition, retention, revenue growth and profit for Walmart eCommerce. You will be part of a team that is responsible for delivering the annual financial and customer satisfaction goals for the eCommerce business. You will collaborate and develop deep partnerships with multiple stakeholders across the business such as Marketing, Merchandising, Product, Engineering, Store and FC Operations, Finance, and others to identify opportunities, solve problems and developing new propositions that drive value for our customers.

What You’ll do
- Defining long-term vision and technology strategy around the capabilities needed to deliver best in class fulfillment experiences (channel and assortment strategy, seasonal campaigns, cancellation reduction and mitigation). Providing thought leadership on internal and external best practices and standards to drive decision making. Conducting benchmark studies and competitive assessments. Working cross-functionally with partner teams across multiple locations so communication, collaboration, and organization are key to your success
- Leading key cross-functional projects that span across multiple teams within the organization. Collaborating daily with cross-functional team members including SCM, Design, Product, Store Operations and more. Working with product to build prototypes to communicate design ideas to users and internal stakeholders. Conducting research, user testing and validation that will ensure that the experiences/propositions we build are designed to prioritize our customers and associates. Defining metrics and KPIs that will help us measure and track business goals
- Communicating roadmaps and priorities and collaborating across business areas for roadmap prioritization including, engaging with key partners to determine the best product and business strategies, and gaining buy-in from executive-level leadership
- Ensuring business & cross-functional partner needs are met by evaluating ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives; consulting with 4iTB partners, or other key stakeholders; soliciting, evaluating, and applying suggestions for improving overall omni-channel communication experience
- Seeking patents to protect innovative ideas and products
- Promoting and supporting company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by way of training and providing direction to others in their use and application and ensuring compliance and utilizing and supporting the Open-Door Policy
Qualifications
- Bachelors: Business Administration, Computer Engineering, Operations Management, or quantitative fields
- 6-9 years of work experience in top-tier management consulting , in-house corporate strategy , financial services, or interdisciplinary skillsets preferred. Experience in direct retail and/or consumer business experience is preferred
- Experience creating strategic frameworks, conducting strategic planning exercises, and driving large, complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Utilize data, insights & analytics, conduct market research, and generate insights to build a compelling narrative for partners
- Executive level storyboarding and presentation skills
- Self-starter with proven track record of leading projects and initiatives autonomously
Preferred Qualifications
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) preferred
- Leadership or supervisory experience and technical/functional expertise in the following areas: management consulting, corporate strategy, customer experience, operations management
- Masters: Business Administration, Computer Engineering, Operations Management
- Project Management - Project Management Professional – Certification
- Experience with data analysis, business intelligence tools, and scripting languages (for example: Google Cloud Services, BigQuery, SQL, Python, Spark, Scala, R, Power BI, or Tableau)

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: - Stock
