The Role

This is a demanding and fast moving position that requires someone who is a proactive and positive thinker, and able to exercise good judgment and communication.
Responsibilities- Assist with the Production Welcome Packages
- Assist with Production move-in/out process
- Track and process ID Badge/parking tag requests
- Track and distribute office keys
- Track and maintain Pass On and Stage Status Reports
- Manage and track Production Hotlock lists for stages and mill spaces
- Collaborate on client outreach and client appreciation activities
- Assist with Studio tours as needed
- Any other duties to support the productions and Operations departments
- Maintain swag inventory
- Create a positive atmosphere of professionalism and support
- Accustomed to working in a fast paced environment, able to multitask, and meet multiple tight deadlines
Qualifications- 3+ years experience in working on a film studio studio campus and/or working in entertainment.
- Team player with an ability to oversee projects in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter with ability to prioritize and respond accordingly
- Great communicator who can build strong working relationships with vendors, and internal and external partners
- Ability to be discreet and handle confidential information
- Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Gdrive, MS Word, Excel. AirTable a plus
- Willingness to continue learning to ensure understanding of current production process and equipment and studios.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to take educated risks and think out of the box
Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $50,000 - $245,000.
