Responsibilities:Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for building and managing partnerships with key Platforms and Publishers to enhance advertising supply.Establish and maintain unique relationships that introduce efficient, prioritized supply access while ensuring preferred pricing models.Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for unique capabilities in supply curation.Create and present reports on partnership performance, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.Negotiate contracts and agreements to optimize supply terms and conditions in favor of the organization and its partners.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Lead complex partnership projects and initiatives.
  • Resolve complex issues and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Manage and grow key partnerships.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance partnership effectiveness.
  • Contribute to the development of partnership strategies.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 12 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong understanding of the advertising ecosystem, including Platforms, Publishers, and supply-side dynamics.

  • Proven ability to build and nurture relationships with high-level stakeholders.

  • Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.

  • track recordworking in highly matrixed organizations

  • understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem includingpublisher monetization and auction dynamics

  • Experience negotiating unique advertising supply partnerships

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decisionsacross all levels of an organization.

The US national annual pay range for this role is $192,000 to $339,900
