Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy :
- Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and market opportunities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key business challenges and opportunities related to pricing, promotions, and markdowns, and translate them into innovative product solutions.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to ensure the product remains competitive and cutting-edge.
- Product Development :
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery through delivery, including market research, customer interviews, requirement gathering, and solution design.
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality execution of product initiatives, providing clear priorities and maintaining a strong focus on outcomes.
- Define detailed product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics for features and initiatives.
- Stakeholder Collaboration :
- Partner with merchandising, pricing, and operations teams to understand their needs and ensure the product meets these requirements.
- Serve as the voice of the customer and internal stakeholders, ensuring product solutions align with user needs and business goals.
- Performance & Reporting :
- Define KPIs to measure the success of initiatives and monitor performance on an ongoing basis.
- Analyze data to identify trends, areas of improvement, and potential optimization opportunities, providing recommendations to drive results.
- Communicate product performance and insights to leadership and key stakeholders regularly.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: - Stock
