In this role, you will be instrumental in managing New Product Introduction (NPI) Quality, Factory Quality, and Field Quality. You will craft and implement robust NPI Quality & Reliability Plans, ensuring our products adhere to stringent customer standards. As a forward-thinker, you willopportunities to simplify, automate, andpotential failures before they occur. Your efforts will involve analyzing data to detect subtle trends,root causes, and driving continuous improvement activities to elevate customer satisfaction. You will serve as the voice of the customer, influencing product design and supporting field management to resolve quality issues. Through collaboration with multi-functional teams, you will provide critical quality insights and recommendations, while leading the resolution of quality issues through fault isolation, root cause analysis, and corrective action processes.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Including but not limited to an upcoming graduate of a technical degree or certification program from a Technical Boot Camp, Apprenticeship, Community College or 4-Year University.
  • Recently completed or actively enrolled in an educational program in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • Experience in manufacturing or customer escalation support, with a solid understanding of process control, quality metrics, and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Proficiencyin data analysis, with the ability toidentifytrends and root causes to drive continuous improvement.
  • Basic knowledge of networking, quality metrics, scripting, software development lifecycle, and cloud computing.
  • Able to legally live and work in the country for whichyou’reapplying, without visa support or sponsorship.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in creating and implementing NPI Quality & Reliability Plans.
  • Familiarity with fault isolation, root cause analysis, and corrective action/preventative action (CAPA) processes.
  • Strong technical background with experience in leading cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of quality improvement tools and methodologies, such as Six Sigma or Total Quality Management (TQM).
  • Experience with customer support and quality issue resolution in a manufacturing environment.
