Compliance Analyst (Support Indonesia/Malaysia): Assists and supports the organization with initial compliance with and ongoing preparation, testing and monitoring of conformance to the requirements of Sarbanes-Oxley legislation. Evaluates internal controls, communications, risk assessments and maintenance of documentation, assessing risk in terms of financial, operational and strategic controls. Identifies risk and evaluates deficiencies while working with internal departments/business units to appropriately remedy them. Communicates audit results and prepares written documentation/reports , disclosing significant deficiencies to management. Facilitates internal training to sales and ensures requirements of company policies and guidelines are followed.
What you will do
Obtain and document accurate EU and order data by examining orders via emails, phone calls within required time frame
Anticipate emerging issues through order validation findings and data analysis
Risk management. Detect or prevent frauds from identified orders. Report issues that expose the business to risks
Provide continued education and advice to sales team regarding compliance requirement
Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams and a variety of stakeholders, including country manager both internal and external in support of clean and robust business in the region
Consolidate findings and conduct order validation reports and analyses regularly
Provide onboarding/rehash training to sales and distributors/partners on the process and requirement
Additional validation tasks or responsibilities may be assigned when required.
Working overtime may be required during month/quarter and year-end.
What you will bring
Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia, Bahasa Malaysia, and English at a business level is essential. This includes the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, in all three languages.
Experience or knowledge of the specific commercial and government business contracts used in Indonesia is crucial. This involves understanding the legal and business terms commonly used in these contracts and being able to interpret and navigate through them.
Demonstrated strong data tracking and analytical skills using Google Sheets or MS Excel. Experience with SalesForce (SFDC) reporting is a plus.

Detail-oriented, team-focused, and result-oriented. Be able to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree in one of the following areas: Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Statistics, Marketing, Communication, Mathematics, database management
Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in Finance/ Accounting/ Sales Operations/ Order Management/ Customer Service
