What you’ll do


As a Product Specialist, you will be responsible for defining and delivering features that help our customers sell better You will define the detailed requirements, work with UX to come up with a concept and ensure a successful delivery working closely with the assigned development teams, in a cloud-consumable way and support the information roll-out to customers, partners and field organization. You will also collaborate closely with other Sales Cloud product managers and development teams in different locations.
In your day-to-day you will
• Contribute to product roadmap and execution for a functional area within SAP Sales Cloud
• Translate customer and industry process knowledge into marketable solutions and build realizable and customer-consumable concepts for new development items
• Be an expert in understanding and articulating the business problems, and be responsible for driving valuable and viable solutions
• Adopt a user centric approach to solution design to ensure every function offers an exceptional user experience
• Prioritize and maintain the Product and Release Backlog and ensure execution together with the development, user experience and user assistance teams with a focus on integrated processes
• Manage alignment with stakeholders especially in other development organizations, GTM, support, consulting and partners.
• Drive customer and partner engagement and work with customers in a close co-innovation environment
• Focus on customer adoption of products and new developments
• Adopt a continuous learning mindset, and foster a culture of innovation
• Strong desire to build customer-desired solutions and an attitude for co-innovation
• Enthusiasm to solve complex problems using state of the art approaches in a cloud development environment
• A solution-oriented attitude in a highly innovative and dynamic work environment
• Motivation to work in a cross functional team and to interact with other teams and customers across the globe that requires willingness to accommodate different time zones.

What you bring


• 7+ years relevant experience with product management, solution management or consulting roles closely related to development.
• Experience in product management
• Experience in building enterprise applications
• Experience building product concepts, articulating business problems, and delivering products
• Strong product mindset to build product concepts, articulating business problems, and delivering products
• Knowledge of Agile Software Engineering methods
• Experience in a cloud application development environment
• Domain expertise in customer relationship management processes
• Strong networking, coordination, communication and presentation skills, superior team player, “can-do” attitude and innovation-focused attitude
• Experience in ML/AI
• University degree or similar qualification in technical or business stream – MBA a plus.
