As EY GDS Consulting Staff, you’ll contribute functionally to GRC Technology client engagements and internal projects. You’ll also identify potential business opportunities for EY within existing engagements and escalate these as appropriate. Similarly, you’ll anticipate and identify risks within engagements and share any issues with senior members of the team.

We’re looking for Archer IRM Developer to join our international network of GRC Technology professionals helping our clients implement technology solutions that support risk management, compliance, and governance. Testing activities includes design, develop, and execute test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios including Automated Test Framework (ATF) for eGRC tool. Perform functional, regression, integration, user acceptance, and performance testing. Validate configurations, workflows, and customizations against requirements.

Your key responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with the team on project activities.
  • Provide support and collaborate within the team, ensuring effective communication.
  • Build and maintain good working relationships with clients.
  • Manage and monitor the team's delivery of project tasks.
  • Communicate with clients as needed.
  • Flexibility to travel to client locations when needed.
  • Understand project requirements, develop and report on progress.
  • Document project processes and outcomes.
  • Help prepare responses to RFPs and create client demonstration POCs.
  • Ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
  • Uphold quality standards for the project.
  • Follow EY policies for time and leave management.
  • Assist the Project Lead in managing project success.
  • Provide testing status updates and participate in project meetings.
  • Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools.
  • Develop and execute automated test scripts

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • 1-3 years of Archer implementation/Archer managed services and advisory experience in GRC Domain.
  • Should have completed at least 1-2 end to end implementations for Archer GRC.
  • Hands-on experience in configuring on-demand applications and all configurable items including Fields, Data Driven Events, Notifications, Access Roles, Workspace, Dashboard, iViews, Advanced workflow etc
  • Hands-on experience on Questionnaire, Custom Object, Campaigns, Reports, Mail Merge
  • Experience in integrating Archer with 3rd Party applications using Data Feeds, APIs, Data Publications.
  • Should have knowledge about Archer OOTB Solutions/Use cases.
  • Knowledge of Archer Installation and server maintenance of single host/multi host environments Hands-on troubleshooting experience on Archer Control Panel.
  • Basic understanding of GRC domain including Information Security and Risk Management.
  • Good understanding of technology platforms and risk management practices

Ideally, you should also have

  • B.E/B.Tech (Comp. Science, IT, Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunications)/MBA with a minimum of 1-3 years of experience with other Big3 or panelled SI/ ITeS companies
  • Solid understanding of SDLC and STLC.
  • Familiarity with a typical IT systems development life cycle
  • Demonstrated experience in delivery management and client management
  • Archer Certified Associate is recommended
