• As an ERP Consultant, you will be exposed to business processes in a variety of industries (e.g., Manufacturing, Retail, etc.) and you will be part of a team that adds value to business processes by including business process re-engineering, process standardization, industry best practices, and controls.

• Working as an independent consultant, you'll enjoy the freedom to adapt and excel in various environments while assisting clients in selecting the right ERP system. This role offers a dynamic and rewarding professional experience, allowing you to shape and enhance the operational efficiency of businesses across multiple sectors.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional specifications for suitable solutions
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within the organization
• Develop To-Be processes by introducing business process re-engineering, process standardization, automation, and process controls
• Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, providing updates and addressing concerns
• Evaluate of solutions which cater to clients’ functional requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, MIS, Business Management, or IT Business Information Systems from a
recognized university
• Sound knowledge of Finance & Accounting
• Proficiency in world-renowned ERP solutions
• In-depth knowledge of business processes, Business Process Reengineering (BPR) initiatives, and
Value Stream Mapping (especially in Finance)
• A problem-solving mindset and effective decision-making abilities
• Excellent client service and presentation skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong analytical skills with meticulous research proficiency
• Expertise in vendor/client relationship management
• Demonstrated eagerness to learn and the ability to work with minimal supervision
