- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program or project management.
- 5 years of experience building and delivering enterprise finance domain programs.
- Experience in working cross-functionally and managing multiple, simultaneous technical programs.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in security/access control and protecting data.
- Experience in developing and reviewing technical requirements, design documents, product lifecycle processes, bug triage, setting technical goals and resolving technical trade-offs between teams.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to produce documents that communicate strategy, status, scope, timelines, task planning, action items, risks, issues, program dependencies, test planning, or rollout planning.
- Excellent data-driven problem-solving skills.
