What you’ll do

For our high-profile customer co-innovations, we are looking for a Software Engineer (f/m/d) with a passion for delivering well-designed products to enhance SAP’s Asset Management solutions in the S/4HANA Private Cloud. You will:

• Design, implement and test software based on SAP HANA, SAP Fiori, Java Script and/orUI5, RAP
• Be part of an agile development environment (SCRUM), take over backlog items in the sprint planning, and own them until completion according to the definition of done
• Work closely with product owner, architect and engineers
• Help to guide and mentor internal and external colleagues
• Resolve complex issues within your area of expertise and support others in resolving issues
• The team is growing and we are also looking for a Scrum Master. Possibility to act as scrum master, but optional.

What you bring

• You hold a degree in computer science or engineering (or a related field) and have experience in development of S/4HANA software solutions based on ABAP OO, RAP, Fiori/UI5 with high performance, scalability, usability, and quality
• Good knowledge of object-oriented programming and TDD
• (First) experience in RAP-based implementations delivering enhancements in Fiori Object Pages and corresponding OData services
• You are open-minded and results-driven with a positive spirit, a problem-solving aptitude and the willingness to own and drive topics and to challenge the status quo
• 2+ years of experience in SAP software development
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and a sound knowledge of German
