What you'll be doing

• Work with a global team (Tel Aviv, Montreal, Helsinki, and San Francisco) to revolutionize the personalization of user acquisition advertisement for mobile gaming
• Drive Unity’s user acquisition product from the machine learning point of view in close collaboration with other data scientists, product management, and engineering
• Manage team to Implement and drive the development of deep learning and machine learning algorithms with tech stack of Python/Spark/Tensorflow/Keras/PyTorch
• Convey ideas, guide execution, and manage team members to implement high-quality data science and machine learning-based products
• Participate in and initiate defining new business opportunities and products

What we're looking for

• Solid understanding and practical experience of machine learning concepts and programming
• Experience in implementing various data and machine learning-based online decision-making systems on a large scale
• Experience in technical team management, product management, working with business stakeholders, and communication with external clients.
• Experience in machine learning and/or experience in advertising space
