Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in product or program management.
- Experience with measurement solutions (e.g. MTA (Multi-Touch Attribution)).
- Experience with data warehouses (e.g., various data sources, data terminology, data-mapping solutions, etc.).
- Experience in a customer-facing role, communicating technical concepts and solutions to non-technical and executive audiences.
Preferred qualifications:
- Expertise utilizing audience building tools, to achieve various marketing objectives.
- Ability to clearly articulate business needs or problems and recognize clear solutions to those problems with a high degree of analytical aptitude.
- Ability to organize and prioritize among conflicting requirements.
- Ability to communicate to both technical and business stakeholders and users.
- Excellent negotiation skills and ability to influence others, fostering and maintaining key relationships over time.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation writing and delivery at an executive level.
