Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to EY stakeholders, aligning procurement projects with business needs in both Technology and Talent categories.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and measurable value through cost savings, contract value realization, and supplier performance.
- Collaborate with risk management to minimize contractual risks and demonstrate continuous improvement in procurement outcomes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key business stakeholders, providing regular insights and progress updates for Technology and Talent procurement.
- Facilitate and socialize Procurement and Supply Chain Global Policy, ensuring compliance and value realization across both categories.
- Partner with Legal (GCO), Global Client Serving Partners, Sector Leaders, and other business units to support procurement initiatives.
- Achieve value targets by innovating cost reduction strategies, including spend consolidation and supplier rationalization for both Technology and Talent.
- Maintain up-to-date market intelligence on key suppliers in Technology and Talent, leveraging research and industry resources.
- Execute sourcing projects in line with SCS policy and agreed timelines.
- Support Request for Proposals (RFPs) and commercial negotiations, partnering with stakeholders and shared functions to minimize risks and manage supplier relationships according to EY’s policies.

- Additional relevant skills and experience as required for both Technology and Talent procurement.
To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have
- 8 years or more total experience including 4+ years in supply chain and procurement area in Technology and/or Talent categories.
- Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills in business English.
- Domestic and/or international travel may be required for strategic planning, stakeholder meetings, and project implementation.
- Applicable required qualifications (e.g., relevant certifications or degrees).
