In this role, you will:

  • Manage a team of staff responsible for IA finance and operations

  • Be responsible for resource management and assisting broader team in executing overall tasks and supporting strategic initiatives

  • Ensure controls and processes are designed and operating effectively; develop robust reporting to assist in management and oversight of key activities

  • Provide timely feedback, coaching and monitoring of development plans

  • Develop and maintain excellent business relationships with leadership and other stakeholders

  • Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Audit

  • Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy

Required Qualifications, US:

  • 6+ years of Audit, Risk experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

  • 3+ years of management experience


Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience working within Audit Practices and/or Chief Administrative Office is a plus.

  • Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills

  • Certification in one or more of the following: CPA, CAMS, CRCM, CIA, CISA or Commissioned Bank Examiner designation

  • A BS/BA degree or higher

  • Experience at a financial institution or accounting firm

  • Understanding of financial regulatory environment

  • Solid knowledge and understanding of audit or risk methodologies and supporting tools.


Job Expectations:

  • Ability to travel 10% of the time

  • Hybrid work schedule

  • This position does not offer Visa Sponsorship

Pay Range

$144,400.00 - $300,000.00
