In this role, you will:
Manage a team of staff responsible for IA finance and operations
Be responsible for resource management and assisting broader team in executing overall tasks and supporting strategic initiatives
Ensure controls and processes are designed and operating effectively; develop robust reporting to assist in management and oversight of key activities
Provide timely feedback, coaching and monitoring of development plans
Develop and maintain excellent business relationships with leadership and other stakeholders
Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Audit
Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy
Required Qualifications, US:
6+ years of Audit, Risk experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
3+ years of management experience
Desired Qualifications:
Experience working within Audit Practices and/or Chief Administrative Office is a plus.
Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
Certification in one or more of the following: CPA, CAMS, CRCM, CIA, CISA or Commissioned Bank Examiner designation
A BS/BA degree or higher
Experience at a financial institution or accounting firm
Understanding of financial regulatory environment
Solid knowledge and understanding of audit or risk methodologies and supporting tools.
Job Expectations:
Ability to travel 10% of the time
Hybrid work schedule
